Day 5 of detoxing. Definitely had a migraine/ caffeine withdrawal the first three days. Felt sluggish and tired and a little depressed to be honest. Day 4 was okay. Now on day 5 and I feel happy and energized. Took a dance jazz class with 50 yr old ladies dancing to It’s Rainin Men. That was fun. 16 more days of this detox and I’ll have accomplished something else I set. Today’s workout couldn’t be filmed by I had no one to film it. It was 40 minutes of kickboxing. I did it in my living room bc I didn’t feel like going to the gym. Time for my second meal. First meal was a green smoothie. What did you guys eat??????? I love talking about food. My addiction at the moment is apples and almond butter or sunflower seed butter. Let someone into your lane. Don’t speed in a residential area. Floss. Read a book. And please stop hating on other people. It only makes you look bad. Say one positive thing about yourself in the mirror. Repeat “I am worthy!!!”
