Meal prepping. Meal 1- toast, cottage cheese and strawberries. Meal 2- egg whites, shrooms, broccoli, bell pepper. Meal 3- chicken breast and some greens. No dressing. Meal 4- repeat. Meal 5- chicken and steamed broccoli. Mmmmmm. And some black #bluebottlecoffee. Lots of water throughout the day.
