Yoga. And then walk some more on the beach. Why wait until tomorrow to start being healthy? do it now. Women buy products to make their outsides beautiful but what about your insides? If your skin glows, it’s because you’re healthy from within. Your skin is the last part I your body to get the nutrients from your food. If you can see results in your skin, you must know your insides are glowing. Your body wants to be healthy. It wants, needs, craves nutrients. Give it some today. And don’t forget to smile!

Woke up at 630am to go run (I hate running in the sun). 3 miles + Santa Monica stairs (pretty brutal) + yoga at home. Take a chance. Take a risk. Falling in love with fitness and health. Get out of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid to struggle. Don’t be afraid to fail. Love your body. Don’t hate it and wish it looked like someone else’s body. Set a goal and get the body you always wanted and deserve.
